What we do
Dispatch services
Dispatching U acts as your agent only. Here’s what we handle on your behalf.
Rate negotiation
We negotiate with brokers for the best rate we can get on each load, then send the rate confirmation to you to sign.
Broker setup packets
We complete broker carrier-setup packets using your MC authority, insurance and W-9 so you’re ready to haul.
Appointments & check calls
We schedule pickup and delivery appointments and handle check calls with brokers while you drive.
Lane & backhaul planning
We plan routes and line up backhauls to cut deadhead and keep the truck loaded.
Detention, layover & TONU follow-up
We follow up with brokers on detention, layover and truck-order-not-used charges you’re owed.
Paperwork management
Rate cons, BOLs and PODs organized and forwarded to you or your factoring company (Premium).
Weekly summaries
A weekly load and revenue summary so you always know where the truck stands (Premium).
Cross-border loads
U.S.-based carriers hauling U.S.–Canada or U.S.–Mexico loads they’re already authorized to run. No cabotage bookings.

You stay in control
We work for the carrier, not the broker.
- You haul under your own MC authority and insurance.
- You sign your own rate confirmations and can refuse any load.
- You pay us directly; we never take payment from brokers, shippers or factoring companies.
- Verizon Connect ELD/fleet tracking with view access is required on every dispatched truck.
