This policy explains how Trucking U LLC and Dispatching U, a service of Trucking U LLC (“we,” “us”), handle information submitted through truckingullc.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, company, phone, email and your message.
• Carrier sign-up: company name, contact name, phone, email, MC and USDOT numbers, equipment type, number of trucks, preferred lanes and notes.
• Driver application: name, phone, email, state, CDL class, years of experience, endorsements and notes.

Our forms open your own email app and send your details to us by email. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, or bank or card numbers through this site. Please don’t send them.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, review carrier sign-ups and dispatch inquiries, and process job applications.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only when needed to provide services you request or when required by law.

Email dispatch@truckingullc.com to ask about or request deletion of information you sent us.

• Site content is general information about Trucking U LLC and Dispatching U. It is not an offer of loads, employment or a contract.
• Rates and details on this site may change. Signed agreements control over anything on the site.
• Don’t misuse the site, submit false information or try to disrupt it.
• The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Trucking U LLC isn’t liable for damages from use of the site.
• Site content and the Trucking U and Dispatching U names belong to Trucking U LLC.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Summary for Dispatching U, a service of Trucking U LLC. The signed Dispatcher–Carrier Service Agreement controls.

• Agent only. We act as the carrier’s dispatch agent. We are not a freight broker and not a motor carrier.
• Your authority. The carrier hauls under its own MC authority and insurance and signs its own rate confirmations.
• You approve every load and may refuse any load.
• Fees are paid by the carrier only, under the plan chosen at signing. See Rates.
• Payment: weekly, every Friday, for the prior week (Mon–Sun).
• ELD: Verizon Connect ELD/fleet tracking is required on each dispatched truck at the carrier’s cost, with view access for us.
• Changes and cancellation: either party may cancel, or the carrier may change plans, with 7 days’ written notice (email to dispatch@truckingullc.com counts). Fees remain due for loads booked before termination.
• No guarantee of loads, miles or revenue.

Driver hiring

Driver hiring is subject to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and FMCSA requirements. Trucking U LLC will comply with applicable requirements, which may include a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, previous employer safety checks, and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing under 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 382.

Sensitive information needed for these checks is collected later through a secure process, never through this website’s forms.
