Dispatch Coordinator

What you’ll do

  • Find and present loads from load boards and broker contacts
  • Help negotiate rates and prepare loads for carrier approval
  • Communicate clearly with partner motor carriers
  • Track loads and follow up on status, paperwork, and next moves
  • Support onboarding steps such as tracking access and weekly billing cadence

What we’re looking for

  • Reliable written and phone communication
  • Comfort learning load boards and dispatch tools
  • Organization under a weekly rhythm (Mon–Sun week, Friday billing cycle)
  • Interest in trucking / freight — prior dispatch experience is a plus, not a hard requirement

Compensation

Competitive for a growing dispatch LLC — discussed on apply based on experience and hours.
